Functional Requirement

1. Presently FI115 production Crystal report is showing data by Region and Company Group wise.
2. FI115 showing Budget and Last Year values in the report.
3. NEC wants to show Next Year budget values in the report to compare with budget values of current year.

Solution Summary

1. Need to include the Next Year Budget and Current Year budget values in the report.
2. Need to show/hide the Budget values in the report based on the prompt values.
3. Need to change/modify the respective formulas in the report to show the Budget values and Variance and Variance Percentages.

Solution Details

1. Need to include the Next Year budget values in the BEx query.
2. Need to include the Next Year Budget and Current Year budget fields in the report.
3. Need to show/hide the Budget values in the report based on the prompt values.
4. Need to change/modify the respective formulas in the report to show the Budget values and Variance and Variance Percentages.
5. Need to include the "Plan Vs Plan" value in the Enter Budget parameter in the report.
